Our Delivery Service

 

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. We may ship the products via a range of shipment methods.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a select date for delivery as all deliveries will be subject to schedule of the carrier we use.
However, most orders usually arrive within 5-14 days. As soon as the order is processed we’ll send you an email with a link to the courier and tracking number you can use to track the progress of your delivery.

 

Refunds and Returns

Veito Australia is dedicated to providing quality products and service. At Veito we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you deem the goods we supply you as not being a true representation of what we have promoted via our website we will give you a seven day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. We reserve the right to withhold postage and/or freight charges. Please email us at info@veito.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products are checked and tested prior to shipment. All products must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging. Items must be properly packed to reduce the possibility of damage during the return process.

All postage, shipment and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. Alternatively, for large bulky items we recommend you return the product via a recognised Freight company and that you pre-pay all freight charges and retain the consignment note number from your carrier. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your chosen carrier. Veito Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
