Our Delivery Service

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. We may ship the products via a range of shipment methods.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a select date for delivery as all deliveries will be subject to schedule of the carrier we use.
However, most orders usually arrive within 5-14 days. As soon as the order is processed we’ll send you an email with a link to the courier and tracking number you can use to track the progress of your delivery. 

Returns Policy

Veito Australia is dedicated to providing quality products and service. At Veito we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

This return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products are checked and tested prior to shipment.

All products must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging. Items must be properly packed to reduce the possibility of damage during the return process.

All postage, shipment and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. Alternatively, for large bulky items we recommend you return the product via a recognised Freight company and that you pre-pay all freight charges and retain the consignment note number from your carrier. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your chosen carrier. Veito Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Return/Exchange of Non-Faulty Goods

Once your goods have been prepared for despatch refunds will NOT be issued in cases of 'changed your mind' or 'incorrect decision.'

Return/Exchange of Faulty Goods

Faulty or damaged goods under warranties.

By law you are entitled to a repair or replacement for damaged or faulty stock. 

Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a repair or replacement is available.

All returns of faulty or damaged goods must be from the original purchaser, proof of purchase must be included, and freight prepaid to:

The liability of Veito Australia under this warranty is limited solely to the cost of replacement parts or the complete unit at our discretion. Labour charges are not included.
